The Event:
The National Organizing Meeting begins on Friday, February 27, 2009 at 7 pm and runs through Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 1:30pm. The Friday evening and Saturday morning sessions will be held in the Kay Spiritual Life Center (the circular building on the quad that looks like a flaming cupcake). The Saturday afternoon and Sunday sessions will be held in the Mary Graydon Center (located in the quad on the far right when facing the clock). The American University address is:
American University Campus
4400 Massachusetts Ave. NW

Housing:
We are doing our best to accommodate everyone who has requested housing. American University students have volunteered their homes and dormitories in order to ensure that N.O.M. guests will have a place to stay, but if you are still having trouble finding housing or have general concerns, please contact Mike at mike [at] uscampaignforburma.org.
If you prefer to stay in a hotel, find a local hotel here.

There is a $35 registration fee for participating in the National Organizing Meeting.
Meals:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday as well as breakfast on Sunday. Vegetarian options will be available.

Directions to the American University campus can be found here. For a map of the American University Campus click here. We will be meeting in the Kay Spiritual Life Center and the Mary Graydon Center. If you plan to use the DC Metro or MetroBus system, you may find useful information here.
