How You Can Help: Contribute to the U.S. Campaign for Burma’s Work

There are different ways that you can contribute to the U.S. Campaign for Burma’s work to achieve real, non-violent action for freedom, democracy, and human rights in Burma.

Become a member

As a member you will receive a welcome letter and gift and you will be eligible to vote annually for our Board of Directors or to run yourself for a position on the board. Most importantly, as a member you will know that you are contributing to a campaign that is actively working to promote freedom for Aung San Suu Kyi and all 55 million people of Burma. Membership fees are $60 per year.

Make an unrestricted donation to the US Campaign for Burma.

The US Campaign for Burma relies on the generous support of compassionate and informed individuals like you. Without your help, we cannot achieve all that we do to help bring peace and human rights to the 53 million people of Burma. In order to become a member of the US Campaign for Burma you must donate at least $60 per year. However, we strongly encourage you to sign up for a monthly recurring donation of $5 or $10 as well. Monthly payments can be automatically deducted from your credit or debit card after you sign up only once and the sustained support throughout the year helps USCB a great deal. Please, give generously and give often.

Start a community chapter.

Community chapters organize members in cities throughout the country to work on the national and local levels for freedom in Burma. These chapters are necessary to further awareness and action on Burma. If you want to organize your area we will send you a Burma Action Pack to help you get started. Start a school chapter.

School chapters organize students, faculty & staff, parents, and PTA at high schools, colleges, and universities to work on the national and local levels for freedom in Burma.
